NIS America Releases Being Delisted from PSN, eShop

NIS America announced that a selection of its releases will be delisted from the PlayStation Network and Nintendo eShop this year. The following titles are being affected, listed in order of their upcoming removal dates with the relevant platforms indicated:

• Demon Gaze (PlayStation Vita) — June 11, 2023
• God Wars: Future Past (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita) — June 15, 2023
  
• The Lost Child (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch) — June 18, 2023
• God Wars: The Complete Legend (Nintendo Switch) — August 30, 2023
• Natural Doctrine (PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita) — September 29, 2023
• Demon Gaze II (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita) — November 13, 2023

All of the games affected were licenced for release from Kadokawa Games. NIS America did not specify a reason for the delisting, but it likely results from a change in the licencing status of the games following Kadokawa’s divesting of part of its business to Dragami Games, which now holds most of its former IP. Games may potentially be re-published by Dragami Games or another partner in future; for example, Dragami Games is now acting as publisher for the PC version of God Wars: The Complete Legend.
