Mon-Yu Releasing This Fall for PC, PS5, Switch

Aksys Games posted a new All Aksys 2023 Update video, during which the publisher announced a release window for Mon-Yu. The dungeon-crawling RPG, developed by Experience Inc., will release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, with the PlayStation 5 being a newly-announced platform.

Mon-Yu is fully titled Mon-Yu: Defeat Monsters and Gain Strong Weapons and Armor. You May Be Defeated, but Don’t Give Up. Become Stronger. I Believe There Will Be a Day When the Heroes Defeat the Devil King. The game features first-person exploration and turn-based combat. Players create their party with which to defeat the seven Devil Kings.

In addition, Aksys Games provided updates, including North America and European release dates, for a number of other titles:

  • Pretty Princess: Magical Garden Island is the latest entry in the Pretty Princess series. The game is a life-sim where players farm crops, raise livestock, and create goods. It will release on Nintendo Switch on June 22, 2023.
  • Inescapable: No Rules, No Rescue is an adventure visual novel where its characters are kidnapped and forced to participate in a deadly reality TV show. Those who survive win $500,000, but there otherwise are no rules. It will be released for Pc, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in fall 2023.
  • Otome visual novel Radiant Tale will release for Nintendo Switch on July 27, 2023, with first print copies including a set of character cards. It follows Tifalia, who becomes roped into being a producer for fantasy entertainment group CIRCUS.
  • Norn9: Last Era is a fan-disc/follow-up to otome visual novel Norn9: Var Commons. It will release for Nintendo Switch on August 24, 2023, and a limited edition is currently available to pre-order.
  • Finally, otome visual novel Jack Jeanne is also getting limited editions. The game will release for Nintendo Switch on June 15, 2023. It sees Kisa given the opportunity to continue her acting dreams by enrolling at the All Boys Univeil Drama School.
