New Release Round-Up (December 8, 2022)

Adventure Academia: The Fractured Continent is a spin-off to the Class of Heroes series and features real-time tactical combat. It is set on the continent of Pedra, which is being slowly turned into a giant dungeon as monsters roam its lands. Players create a party of adventuring students and send them out to take on monsters.

Pixel-art turn-based RPG Chained Echoes follows a group of heroes who are brought together to try to end a continental war and destroy a recently uncovered weapon of mass destruction. Encounters take place on set battlefields with their own environmental elements that can be taken advantage of. Dragon Quest Treasures

Dragon Quest Treasures was originally teased as a new Dragon Quest Monsters game and follows siblings Erik and Mia — younger versions of the characters from Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age — who seek to obtain the seven Dragonstones. Players join forces with monsters to venture across the floating islands of Draconia in search of treasure. Sandbox life sim RPG Kynseed sees players building their family’s legacy, with players taking control of their character’s children once their current character ages and passes away. It is set in a fairy tale-style world with players building relationships and making decisions can that impact multiple generations.
