Dark Envoy Gameplay Trailer Released

Developer Event Horizon released a new gameplay trailer and some screenshots for “guns ‘n’ sorcery” RPG Dark Envoy. The 90-second video shows snippets of its real-time-with-pause combat system, choice mechanics, and world exploration.

Dark Envoy is a non-linear title following two siblings — Malakai and Kaela — in the world of Jäan. The world, which is embroiled in a conflict between magic and technology, shifts as time passes in-game, influenced by player decisions. The game features an action combat system with an assortment of recruitable companions and can be played solo or in two-player online co-op. Dark Envoy is planned to release in 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
