The publisher also announced that there will be a Season Pass for the game, which will grant access to three post-launch DLC packs. The Season Pass will be included in the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition along with a digital art book, a digital mini soundtrack, and the in-game Qinglong Armor. Those who purchase the game physically or digitally by March 16, 2022, will receive the in-game Baihu Armor, with digital pre-orders also receiving the in-game Zhuque Armor. A limited physical Steelbook Launch Edition will be available that includes a collectible case and the in-game Crown of Zhurong and Crown of Gonggong.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is being produced by Fumihiko Yasuda (Nioh) and Masaaki Yamagiwa (Bloodborne) and is set in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty in China. Players control a nameless militia soldier fighting against demons and enemy soldiers with swordplay based on Chinese martial arts.
