Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal Animation Airing in Japan This October

Warner Bros. Japan released a new trailer for Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal. The eighty-second trailer, available with English subtitles, comes with the reveal that the animation series will be broadcast in Japan in October 2022. A western air date or release has not yet been announced.

Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal is an adaptation of Square Enix’s Legend of Mana, which originally released for PlayStation and was remastered in 2021. The animation is being produced as part of the series’ 30th anniversary celebrations and will feature music from the game’s composer Yoko Shimomura. The animation’s opening theme is composed by Kevin Penkin and features lyrics and vocals from Hayami Saori.
