Lost Ark March Content Update Revealed

Amazon Games unveiled its March update plans for MMORPG Lost Ark. The update will include a new story episode following the search for Kaden, the first Guardian slayer. The storyline includes its own set of quests and cinematic events, and takes players to the new Isteri and Illusion Bamboo islands. Players will need to have finished Feiton as well as selected additional quests before they can access the new questline, and are recommended to be at item level 1100.

The update will also add the first of the new end-game Abyss Raids. These pit eight players against a tough Guardian foe who they will need to defeat within a certain time frame with a limited number of revives available. There are three distinct phases for each Abyss Raid, with each phase providing its own rewards and having different item level requirements.

Lost Ark is a free-to-play MMORPG and released for PC in February 2022. The game takes players to the fantasy world of Arkesia, where they seek to find the eponymous Lost Ark in order to stop demonic forces from overrunning the world. Players are able to customise their skills with the Tripod System, which lets them apply three different upgrades. It features PvP modes, including duels and open-world battles for control of islands. Players are able to claim their own island stronghold, build up and decorate a settlement, and expand it for up to fifty guest players and NPCs.
