Omori Arriving on Switch in 2022

Developer Omocat and publisher Playism announced that its horror RPG Omori will be released on Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch version of the game, which released for PC in December 2020, will launch sometime in spring 2022.

Omori was initially crowdfunded through Kickstarter in 2014. The game puts players in the role of a character named Omori, who has been living in a place called White Space for as long as they can recall. The place is bright white, seemingly without any walls and with a black blub hanging from an apparent ceiling, while Omori simply has a blanket, a laptop, a cat, a sketchbook, and a tissue box, though considers that to be everything they need. Sometimes Omori is invited to visit their neighbours, and also occasionally remembers that they had a friend in the past.
