    I’ve been fascinated by previous discussions about the Frankenstein’s monster architecture of Sega’s later consoles, but I also often hear about how awkward the PS3 was to develop for. What was so weird about the Cell? And are the days of Byzantine console architecture now over, with everything mostly coming down to being a PC in a fancy box?
