Action RPG Asterigos Announced
Developer Acme Gamestudio announced action RPG Asterigos. The game features a high-fantasy setting with ancient Roman and Greek influences. It is being developed for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 and is expected to release in 2022.
Asterigos stars Hilda, a warrior in the Northwind Legion who enters the mythical cursed city of Aphes in search of her father. As she explores, she learns more about its history and the curse that afflicts it, making decisions that impact its fate and potentially restore its glory.
The game’s talent system lets pick two of six weapon options — sword and shield, dual blades, spear, hammer, staff, or magic bracelets — and build a combat style based on them. Hilda will fight against over sixty different monsters and in over twenty boss encounters.
