Super Robot Wars 30 Mission Map Detailed

Bandai Namco has revealed new details for the upcoming Super Robot Wars 30 through Famitsu (translated by RPG Site). The game will feature an original airship, the Dreistreger, that acts as the player’s mobile base. The player character and their Huckebein 30 travel on the Dreistreger, which is piloted by captain Mitsuba Greyvalley, vice-captain Reynold Hardin, and chief operator Lian Anbird, all of whom are original characters.

While the Dreistreger travels around Earth and space, players will undertake missions and recruit new characters. Players use the Tactical Area Selection to determine where they wish to travel next, as well as to upgrade their current mechs and improve pilot abilities. Most major missions can be found in the mission list, where they are given difficulty ratings. However, additional missions that do not appear in that list can be found directly on the world map. Players can also access conversational events that take place on board the Dreistreger.

Super Robot Wars 30 is the thirtieth anniversary title for the series, which features cross-overs between numerous mecha-based franchises and turn-based strategic combat. The game will launch on October 28, 2021, in Japan and Southeast Asia for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. The game will also release worldwide for PC via Steam on October 28, 2021.
