More Playable Characters Revealed for The Hand of Merlin

Room-C Games, Croteam, and Versus Evil have revealed three more playable characters for turn-based roguelite The Hand of Merlin. The three characters are Berber mercenary Tariq al-Ash’ab, Hermetic survivalist Isabel of Orreaga, and illusionist Alain the White. The new characters are available to try out now in the game’s Early Access versions on Steam,, and the Epic Games Store.

The Hand of Merlin is billed as “Arthurian legend meets with sci-fi horror”. The game sees players recruiting three mortal heroes on a journey from Albion to Jerusalem as the world is on the brink of the apocalypse. Combat features cover, ambushes, coordinated attacks, and magic as players battle human and demonic enemies. A full release is expected later this year.
