Horizon Forbidden West Delayed

Guerilla Games announced during the Gamescom Opening Night Live show that Horizon Forbidden West will come at a later date. Originally set to release in late 2021, the game will now arrive on February 18, 2022. Pre-orders for the game will open on September 2, 2021, with more information to come then. Additionally, Horizon Zero Dawn has received a targeted 60 FPS patch on PlayStation 5, which is available now.

Horizon Forbidden West is the sequel to 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn and follows Aloy as she travels to the remains of the western United States to investigate a red blight that is wreaking havoc on the environment and weather. The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
