The Caligula Effect 2 Releasing in October

NIS America announced that The Caligula Effect 2 will be released in North America on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 19, 2021. A European release will follow on October 22, 2021. The game will be available physically and digitally, with a Limited Edition available from NIS America’s North American and European online stores.

The Caligula Effect 2 is a follow-up to The Caligula Effect, which later received an enhanced remake titled The Caligula Effect: Overdose. Players control a student in a virtual academy in the world of Redo, a self-proclaimed “paradise” governed by a virtual idol called Regret. They join a resistance called the Go-Home Club to fight against Regret and the Obbligato Musicians, and escape Redo.
