Monark Opening Movie Released

FuRyu released the opening movie for the upcoming Monark. The animated video features the theme song “Nihil”, composed by Iori Kanzaki and sung by virtual singer KAF.

Monark is developed by Lancarse and features contributions from developers of the original Shin Megami Tensei. The game is set in an academy within a mysterious realm known as the Otherworld. The academy is cut off from the real world and hosts a Mist that is driving students mad. Players team up and build relationships with four classmates, taking the role of vice president for the group’s True Student Council.

Monark is scheduled to release for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in Japan on October 14, 2021, with Clouded Leopard Entertainment releasing the game on that same date in Asia. NIS America will release the game, including a PC version, in North America and Europe in early 2022.
