Pinocchio-Inspired Action RPG Lies of P Announced

Neowiz and Round8 Studio announced action RPG Lies of P. The game is inspired by Pinocchio, the classic novel from Italian author Carlo Collodi, and is in development for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Lies of P is set in a dark world based on the Belle Époque of western Europe (around 1880-1914 CE). Players control the puppet mechanoid Pinocchio through the ruined city of Krat as they search for Mr. Geppetto to find out what happened to himself and the city. Weapons can be crafted from materials found in the city, and Pinocchio will come across other survivors to interact with. Any lies Pinocchio tells result in him becoming more human, which provides both advantages and disadvantages.
