Magic: Legends Adds Pyromancer, New Story Act

Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios released a new update for the open beta of free-to-play action RPG Magic: Legends. The update adds the new Pyromancer class, as well as the game’s fourth story act and a number of quality-of-life changes. The Pyromancer is available to unlock through the free track of the game’s Battlepass progression system.

Based on the Magic: The Gathering card game, Magic: Legends sees players creating their own planeswalker and travelling the many worlds of the setting. The open beta is currently available for PC through Arc Games and the Epic Games Store, with full releases for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One expected later this year.
