Othercide Begins Behind-the-Scenes Webseries

Focus Home Interactive released the first episode in a new webseries for Lightbulb Crew’s Othercide. The five-minute video, dubbed “Forging Nightmares”, features Lightbulb Crew’s CEO/Creative Director Anders Larsson and Art Director Alexandre Chaudret, who talk about some of the ideas and inspirations behind the game.

Othercide puts players in command of an army of Daughters, beings that are echoes of the world’s greatest warrior, in a battle against beings from a different dimension known as the Others. The game’s visuals make heavy use of white, black, and red, while its gameplay encourages players to act as efficiently as possible using its Dynamic Timeline System. Othercide is set to be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on July 28, 2020. A Nintendo Switch release is set to follow later in the summer.
