Morgana Gives Another Travel Report on Persona 5 Scramble

Atlus has released the second Morgana’s Travel Report video for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, detailing the Phantom Thieves’ visit to the city of Sendai as well as character growth in the game. The Phantom Thieves travel to Sendai to try and clear their name after being informed by officer Zenkichi Hasegawa that they are suspected of being behind an incident that involves another world known as “Jail”. Seemingly similar to the Palaces from Persona 5, Sendai’s Jail takes the appearance of a Medieval fantasy castle and hosts shadows who call themselves the four devas.

In addition to standard leveling system, the Phantom Thieves can increase attributes and learn abilities through the BAND system. Players earn points by progressing through the game and defeating enemies, which can be spent on a wide assortment of permanent bonuses. On top of this, characters can learn unique actions called Master Arts, more of which are learned the more a character is used in combat. Players can also purchase equipment and items from local shops as well as from new character Sophia.

Persona 5 Scramble will be released for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on February 20, 2020. The game is being developed by Atlus alongside Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force studio.
