Fire Emblem: Three Houses Out Now on Nintendo Switch

The Fire Emblem series’ debut title on Nintendo Switch is now out worldwide. Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available both physically and digitally with a nearly five-minute long launch trailer viewable below. The trailer gives a quick overview of the basic premise, combat system, the daily options available to players as a tutor at the Officer’s Academy, and the process of changing character classes.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is set on the continent of Fódlan. The continent is home to three major powers: the Adrestian Empire, the Kingdom of Faerghus, and the Leicester Alliance. Fódlan also hosts the Church of Seiros and the Knights of Seiros, which aims to maintain order in Fódlan. The Church is based at the Garreg Mach Monastery, which is located between the three powers and contains the Officer’s Academy, where future leaders from those nations attend as students. Players are recruited as an instructor for the academy, choosing to tutor one of its three houses.
