Astral Chain Gets Nine Minutes of English Gameplay Action

Nintendo has released a new “action trailer” for PlatinumGames’ Astral Chain. The new video, viewable below, features over nine minutes of in-game footage focusing on the game’s combat and special abilities.

Astral Chain is set in a futuristic, multicultural city called The Ark. Players act as a rookie officer in Neuron, a task force dedicated to overcoming the threat of alien creatures that appear in the city through extradimensional gates, choosing either the male or female character of a pair of twins. The game is set to be released worldwide exclusively on Nintendo Switch on August 30, 2019.
