Blue-Winged Chevalier Gets New Images, Revealed as Remake of Students of Round

The first screenshots and some new artwork have emerged for Experience Inc.’s upcoming dungeon-crawler Blue-Winged Chevalier. In addition, the developer has revealed that the game is a remake of earlier title Students of Round. Released only in Japan, Students of Round was originally released for PC in 2010 before being ported to Xbox 360 in 2011 and PlayStation Portable in 2012.

Blue-Winged Chevalier is set in the same world as Demon Gaze, albeit thousands of years beforehand. The game is set over a hundred years after a battle between the Demon King Ol-Ohma and the Knights of Round results in the defeat of the knights and a century of darkness for the land of Alda. However, one of the fallen knights is given new life and the task of guiding a new group of knights to victory.

Blue-Winged Chevalier will be released digitally exclusively for PlayStation Vita in Japan on July 11, 2019, with a physical retail edition to be released on July 26, 2019. The game will come with a copy of Stranger of Sword City Revisited, an enhanced version of dungeon-crawler Stranger of Sword City.
