Zanki Zero: Last Beginning Set for March

Spike Chunsoft has announced that Zanki Zero: Last Beginning will be released in the west on March 19, 2019. The dungeon-crawling survival RPG will be available physically and digitally for PlayStation 4 and digitally for PC via Steam, with pre-orders coming with a copy of the game’s soundtrack. The release date announcement is accompanied by a new trailer introducing the game’s premise and characters, including their English voice actors.

Zanki Zero is developed by Spike Chunsoft along with Lost Dimension developer Lancarse. The game sees players controlling a group of eight clones on Gareki Island. The clones are supposedly the last remnants of humanity, and have a shortened lifespan of just thirteen days, but can be brought back as new clones by a special machine that retains their memories, personalities, and skills.
