The Ballad Singer Coming to Early Access This Month

Italian studio Curtel Games has announced that it will be releasing its choose-your-own-adventure/RPG hybrid The Ballad Singer on Steam Early Access later this month. The game will be available on Early Access from September 29, 2018, with the full version expected in November.

The Ballad Singer‘s campaign sees players controlling one of four main characters in the fantasy world of Hesperia. Should the controlled character die, then players will continue the story taking control of another protagonist. The branching “Domino” narrative system is said to put a big emphasis on the player’s choices, which will significantly change the world and plot, leading to forty potential endings.
