More Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists Gameplay Details Revealed
Gust has revealed more details and some new screenshots for Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World. The new information covers the game’s exploration systems, where main protagonist Nelke ventures into the areas surrounding the village of Westwald with various alchemists from the Atelier series.
Before setting out, Nelke forms a party with up to four others for a party of five. Exploration is automatic, with the party entering encounters or gathering resources automatically. Each character has a variety of skills — varying from attacks to buffs to recovery skills — and players can choose which of these to use.
During the game, Nelke will also receive various challenges in her role developing the village. These challenges take various forms, such as expanding the population or building particular facilities, completing the challenges will cause the vilalge to develop further and advance the story.
A spin-off title to the crafting RPG series that features characters from across its history, including other spin-offs such as Mana Khemia, Nelke and the Legendary Alchemists is set to be released in Japan later this year for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation Vita. Koei Tecmo will be releasing the game in North Ameria and Europe for PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch this winter.
