Dark Souls Remastered Discovers Some Gameplay

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer highlighting gameplay of the upcoming Dark Souls Remastered. The video features several of the game’s key setpieces, showing them in the remaster’s improved resolution with updated lighting effects.

Dark Souls Remastered is set to release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 25, 2018. Those who own the PC version of the game will be able to purchase the remaster at a 50% discount. Bandai Namco also announced that the existing PC version, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, would be delisted from Steam on May 8, 2018. Existing owners will still be able to access the title, new buyers will be directed to the remastered edition. A Switch version is also set to release sometime in the summer of 2018.
