Dark Souls Descending on Switch in October
Bandai Namco announced the release date for the delayed Dark Souls Remastered on Nintendo Switch. The title is set to arrive for the platform on October 19, 2018. Alongside its release will be the Solaire of Astora Amiibo which will unlock the “Praise the Sun” gesture from the beginning of the game. An online network test is planned for the game with more details to be released in the future.
Released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC earlier this year, Dark Souls Remastered brings the 2011 title to modern consoles. The Switch version will run at thirty frames per second, 720p in handheld mode and 1080p in docked mode, and will feature multiplayer for up to four players in handheld mode and up to six docked.
