The Surge 2 Announced

Publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Deck13 have announced The Surge 2, a follow-up to 2017 action RPG The Surge. The game is being developed for PC and unspecified consoles and is planned for release sometime in 2019.

The Surge 2 will take place in a brand new environment, expanding to cover a ruined city, while the gameplay will retain key elements of the original such as its limb-targeting and character progression systems. More details are expected to be unveiled at the publisher’s Le What’s Next de Focus event this week in Paris.
