THQ Nordic Reveals Darksiders III DLC Plans

THQ Nordic has announced two pieces of post-launch DLC for the upcoming Darksiders III. The first piece is The Crucible, which sees portagonist Fury challenged by an entity aiming to test her skills. Accepting the challenge, Fury gains access to the eponymous location, where she fights against waves of enemies in order to unlock rewards. The second piece is Keepers of the Void, which has Fury embark on a quest from Vulgrim. The quest tasks Fury with removing an ancient threat that resides in a region known as the Serpent Holes, which are riddled with puzzles and enemies. Completing the quest will grant Fury new weapons and the Abyssal Armor.

Darksiders III is being developed by Gunfire Games and will be released on November 27, 2018, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A sequel to the previous two games, the action-adventure RPG follows Fury, the sister of War, as she hunts down the personifications of the Seven Deadly Sins. Release dates for the DLC have not yet been provided.
