Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure Gets Console Release Date

Publisher Jetpack Collective and developer Snowcastle Games announced the release date for Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure on consoles. The cozy co-op RPG will launch on March 21, 2024, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

The consoles release will benefit from the free update “Blooming Beginnings” which will be live for the PC version the same day. The upcoming update, numbered 1.5, comes with many additions including an opening in a new area of the map, a new UI, an enemy called Vipeagon, puzzles and more. The update also features changes that make it easier to farm and keep companions happy.

The developer also revealed the fourth seasonal update of Ikonei Island titled “Coco-Cloudberry Craze” will come to all platforms on March 28, 2024. This Easter/Sakura Season-themed update will add a new quest along with several items and more. Steam players who missed out on the three earlier seasonal contents will now be able to acquire the additional assets through new DLC bundles.

Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure initially released for PC (via Steam) on November 9, 2023. The game is a cozy island-themed spin-off of Snowcastle Games’ turn-based RPG Earthlock. In Ikonei Island, players can explore the titular island with up to three other friends while collecting items, customizing a home, and forging bonds with creatures.
