Soulframe’s Open Preludes Available

Digital Extremes has made its alpha test for Soulframe, known as Soulframe Preludes, open to all players. Those interested in participating on PC can sign-up for an account through the game’s official website. Players can purchase a Founder’s pack to unlock in-game bonuses and equipment. More details about Preludes can be found on the game’s FAQ page.

Soulframe is set in a separate universe to Warframe, taking place on the world of Alca. Using the Spellsong, the sky gods have made the people forget their past history and culture. Players control an Envoy, who retains their connection to the spirits and ancestors and sets out to save the people from the gods and their servants, the Ode. The game was originally announced in 2022, with its first “Preludes” version released in 2023. The full game has not yet been dated, but is planned to release on PC and consoles.
