Stupid Never Dies Provides Sound Bite

GPTRACK50 and Sega released the third entry in their Deep Bite video series for action RPG Stupid Never Dies. The new video, featuring producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, discusses the game’s music design, from its initial pop-punk inspirations to its multi-genre soundtrack that blends metal, rock, electronic music, and traditional Japanese instrumentation.

Stupid Never Dies is set in the aftermath of the Great War, where humanity is on the brink of extinction and the world is ruled by monsters including werewolves, lizardmen, skeletons, and more. It follows bottom-rung zombie Davy, who discovers the human girl Julia frozen to death in a freezer in a shopping mall. Falling in love at first sight, he resolves to bring her back to life and, in a twist of fate, steals a meal that grants him powerful new abilities. Stupid Never Dies will release on PC and PlayStation 5 on October 21, 2026.
