Luminous Nights Gets First Official Trailer

Developer Yahya Danboos released its first official teaser trailer for action RPG Luminous Nights. The game is inspired by Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II alongside the One Thousand and One Nights Arabic folktale collection. It is currently in development for PC and planned to release in 2027 via Steam.

Luminous Nights follows Faris, a modern 14-year-old boy who is suddenly transported into Noor City, a city in another world undergoing an endless night. Its people are threatened by Afreets, evil djinn controlled by the Masked King, and Faris teams up with fairy companion Sahar, who can transform into a sword, to battle the Afreets while searching for a way home. The game is said to feature fast-paced battles with ground and aerial combos, defensive manoeuvres, and magic, as players explore Noor City’s rooftops, markets, tunnels, ruins and palaces.
