I still play this game every few months to run a grotto or kill a boss for their sweet, sweet orbs.
Here’s my pitch. Make it a post-apocalypse/grim dark where the world reels from the brutal death of the “creator” from an unknown attack. The last Celestrian makes their way across the world that is steeped in melancholy as everyone dons black leather jackets and facial hair (the wilder the better). Their mission: to find the body of god by destroying the monsters grown from the appendages (for reasons) before the lost angel Corvus finishes the job. Include innocuous micro-transactions that provide different variations of the black leather jacket and this will sell dozens.
