Monkarufanta: The Hero and the Crystal Girl Coming to PC, PS5 in Japan This Month

Experience Inc. announced that its dungeon-crawling RPG Monkarufanta: The Hero and the Crystal Girl will release for PC and PlayStation 5 in Japan. The game, which originally launched in Japan for Nintendo Switch in 2025, will release on both platforms on February 26, 2026. The PC and PlayStation 5 versions will include adjustments made as a result of player feedback, which will be applied to Nintendo Switch version through a free update at a later date.

Monkarufanta: The Hero and the Crystal Girl features top-down exploration with turn-based combat encounters. It sees players set out on a traditional quest to defeat the Demon Lord with their hero and three allies. Players have eight job classes to choose from, can freely allocate stat upgrades at level-up, and can use skills to try and increase their post-battle loot.
