Seven Cities Gets New Early Access Update

Developer IMV Studio has released a new update for its Steam Early Access top-down action RPG Seven Cities. The update includes a new “Extraction” gameplay mode, as well as adding new quests to its story mode to complete its first chapter. Other additions include new missions; scaling enemies; new visual character customisation options; a redesigned passive skill tree; new items, enemies, and abilities; and various UI and quality-of-life upgrades. To mark the update’s release, the Early Access version is on sale for 25% off its regular $14.99 price.

Seven CitiesĀ is set in a near-future New York City currently divided under corporate control. Players look to fight back and reunite its populace, taking on various missions assisted by their robot companion. Online co-op multiplayer is planned to be included on a future update later this year. The game released on Early Access in November 2024.
