Wild Hearts S Releasing on Switch 2 in July

Koei Tecmo announced that its monster hunting title Wild Hearts will release on Nintendo Switch 2. The game will release on the console under the title Wild Hearts S on July 25, 2025.

Developed by Omega Force and originally released in partnership with EA for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in February 2023, Wild Hearts takes place in a world inspired by feudal Japan, where humanity faces off against evolving nature-infused beasts called Kemono using technology called Karakuri. Players are tasked with restoring the balance of nature by hunting the Kemono. In the original release, hunting can be done solo or in teams of up to three members, but the Nintendo Switch 2 version increases the maximum to four.
