Wild Hearts Gameplay Trailer Released

EA and Koei Tecmo have released the debut gameplay trailer for hunting action RPG Wild Hearts. The seven-minute video shows a gameplay sequence on a hunt for the mighty Kingtusk solo and with co-op allies. The video primarily features the spring-based Hanagasumi Hills, one of the four large-scale hunting grounds based on different seasons, as well as many of the various Karakuri tools and mechanisms that players can craft to aid them.

Wild Hearts takes place in a world inspired by feudal Japan that is beset by magically-infused beasts known as Kemono. Their presence is destroying the land and players are tasked with restoring the balance of nature. Players will do so by combating them solo or in teams of up to three, utilizing powerful weapons and unique mechanisms of an ancient civilization called the Karakuri. The game is set to be released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 17, 2023, and will feature cross-play across all platforms.
