Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii Gets Direct Overview

Sega and Ryū ga Gotoku Studio held a new RGG Like a Dragon Direct for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. The thirteen-minute video demonstrates various parts of the game, covering its action combat, ship and crew customisation, naval battles, island hopping, side content, and more. In addition, it revealed a New Game+ mode will be released for free in a post-release update.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii sees players control Goro Majima, who suffers from amnesia after being shipwrecked on a deserted island and travels across the ocean to recover his identity. The game features the series’ traditional brawling action combat, with Majima able to switch between Mad Dog and Sea Dog combat styles. Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is set to release worldwide on February 21, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
