Toads of the Bayou Launching Next Month

Developer La Grange Studio and publisher Fireshine Games announced a release date for their roguelike strategy RPG Toads of the Bayou. The title is set to release on November 19, 2024, for PC via Steam, and can be wishlisted now.

Toads of the Bayou follows a group of wandering toads trapped in a cursed bayou by Baron Samedi, a spirit of the dead. Players control three of these toads in their fight against Baron Samedi’s minions. The game features deckbuilding elements and a turn-based combat, with battles taking place on grid-based maps. Players can build a deck with other 50 unique cards, and upgrade a tavern to gain new abilities, cards, and allies. A demo of the game is currently available on its Steam page.
