Albatroz Debuts New Trailer at Gamescom Brazil

Brazilian developer Among Giants and Dutch publisher Soedesco have introduced the new trailer of their adventure RPG, Albatroz. The first look at the trailer took place at the Latin America edition of Gamescom on June 27, 2024.

The trailer of the backpacking adventure RPG opens up with a story monologue that briefly touches on the mysterious disappearance of legendary backpacker Kai, who vanished on his quest to discover the famous mountain Albatroz. Isla, the protagonist and Kai’s sister, embarks on an expedition across the otherwordly Forbidden Lands to find her brother when she stumbles across the living mountain called Totem. The gameplay follows Isla as she uses specialized tools, items, and equipment in her trek across the various harsh areas of the Forbidden Lands and makes deep, profound alliances. Albatroz is planned to release digitally for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. In addition, the console versions will also be available physically.
