Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, Cat Quest III Get New Videos

During the Triple-i Initiative Showcase, publisher Kepler Interactive released new videos for A44 Games’s action RPG Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn and The Gentlebros’s adventure RPG Cat Quest III. The video for Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn offers a behind-the-scenes featurette focusing on the game’s music with composer Eric Hillman. Meanwhile, the new Cat Quest III trailer shows off the game’s opening animation.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is set in a world where the Door to the Afterlife has opened, allowing an old god’s undead army to escape. As humanity is pushed to the brink of extinction, a coalition army forms to take back the world using gunpowder and magic. The game sees protagonist Nor and her mystical companion Enki travelling across deserts, ruins, and the City of Dawn, to gather a team of explosive and weapon experts for the final siege. The game is set to launch in summer 2024 on PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Cat Quest III is set in the Purribean archipelago, where Pi-rats swarm in search of a mythical treasure called the Northern Star. Players are joined by a trusty spirit companion and sail the seas in their own ship. The world can be freely explored with areas visited, characters met, and quests taken on in whatever order players wish. The game is planned to release for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in summer 2024.

In addition, Kepler Interative also announced a Nintendo Switch release date for open-world adventure title Tchia. The game will launch physically (in partnership with Maximum Games) and digitally for the console on June 27, 2024. It previously released for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in 2023.
