The Vale: Shadow of the Crown Available on PlayStation, Switch

Publisher First Peoples Digital and developer Falling Squirrel have released audio-only RPG The Vale: Shadow of the Crown on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game, originally released for PC and Xbox One, is available on all platforms for $19.99. Due to the game’s nature, stereo headphones are strongly recommended to play.

The Vale: Shadow of the Crown follows Alex, a princess who is blind from birth and whose elder brother has recently ascended to the throne. Given the position of warden of a castle on the outskirts of the kingdom, the protagonist’s journey is interrupted by an invading force and she finds herself alone needing to gather supplies and recruit allies in order to get home through a dark valley known as The Vale.
