Xuan-Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains Gets Physical Release

Publisher Serenity Forge and developer Softstar Entertainment have announced that Chinese RPG Xuan-Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains will be making its way onto North American retail shelves in Q4 of this year. There will be a $39.99 Physical and a $79.99 Collector’s Edition released for the Nintendo Switch. Both editions are available now for pre-order from the Serenity Forge online store and Video Games Plus in Canada and the US, with the Collector’s Edition being exclusive through these platforms. There will also be a European release at a later date.

The Collector’s Edition will include:

  • Contents of the Physical Edition (including a chipboard standee featuring Septem and Nicole, plus a soundtrack download card)
  • Wall scroll
  • Original soundtrack CD
  • Traditional resin tea pet statue
  • Collector’s box

 

Xuan-Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains is a classic turn-based RPG where players take the role of Septem, a heroic Frankish knight who sets off on a journey through Eurasia, Arabia, Francia, and China to seek the Invincible Arts of War.
