Panic Unveils Tactical Action RPG Arco

Publisher Panic announced new title Arco. The game is billed as a tactical action RPG featuring pixel-art graphics and a “simultaneous turn-based” combat system. It is planned for release on PC in 2024 and is available to wishlist on Steam, with press materials also indicating a release on unspecified consoles.

The game is set on the eponymous world of Arco, which is inspired by magical realism. It features multiple campaigns and follows four characters who seek out of a quest of revenge after they are each affected by a rising corporate mafia. Arco’s development team is made up of Polish pixel artist Franek Nowotniak, Australian game developer Max Cahill, Spanish composer and sound designer José Ramón “Bibiki” García, and Mexican industry veteran Antonio “Fáyer” Uribe.
