The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie Launching in July

NIS America announced a western release date for Nihon Falcom’s The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. The game will release in both North America and Europe on July 7, 2023, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. A Limited Edition is currently available to pre-order through NIS America’s North American and European online stores. The release date announcement comes alongside a new story trailer, viewable below.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie is set after the events of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV and acts as an epilogue to the previous series arcs, including the upcoming The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure. It follows three different main protagonists and features 50+ playable characters across the parties, with its “Trails to Walk” system allowing players to swap between the playable parties during story chapters rather than following a predetermined single line of main events.
