Theatrhythm Final Bar Line Announced

Square Enix and developer indieszero have announced rhythm title Theatrhythm Final Bar Line. The game marks the first time the series will be available on home consoles and will feature similar gameplay to previous entries in the music-based spin-off franchise. Final Bar Line will feature 385 tracks pulled from throughout the Final Fantasy franchise as well as two-player couch co-op and up to four-player online rhythm battles. Additional tracks from other franchises such as NieRSaGaOctopath TravelerLive A Live, and Chrono Trigger will be available as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition, with further tracks to be released as DLC.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is in development for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, and is available now to pre-order from the Nintendo eShop and the PlayStation Store. The base game is priced at $49.99, while a $79.99 Digital Deluxe Edition includes 27 exclusive tracks and the first DLC Season Pass. A $99.99 Premium Digital Deluxe Edition will includes all of the above and two further DLC Season Passes, bringing the total number of tracks once all the included DLC is released up to 502. Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is planned to launch on February 16, 2023.
