RPG Maker Unite Details Auto-Guide Balance Feature

Gotcha Gotcha Games provided more details on its upcoming RPG Maker Unite creation suite. The latest update, which comes along a new development blog post, details the new Auto-Guide feature. The developer also released its debut trailer for RPG Maker Unite.

The Auto-Guide feature is designed to make it easier for users to balance their created game’s stats. Users can put in some initial inputs, such as maximum level, estimated completed level, maximum experience, and maximum HP, and RPG Maker Unite will automatically provide suggested parameters.

Players can adjust the suggestions through sliders, including adjusting class growth curves. The feature also works for equipment and skills, with players inputting simple elements like equipment price or intended acquisition level. In addition, RPG Maker Unite will come with an add-on manager. This will let players turn on and off any custom modules that they have added.

RPG Maker Unite is currently planned to release on PC and Mac later this year and is available to wishlist now on Steam. It will be the first entry in the series to utilise the Unity engine. As with other entries, it will come with its own library of assets and pre-made database to help players create their own games.
