Versus Evil to Publish Broken Roads in 2023

Versus Evil announced that has taken over a publisher for Drop Bear Bytes’ Broken Roads. The game, previously set to be released by Team17, will now launch in 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Broken Roads is set in Western Australia and follows a group of companions as they travel across the region, making allies, battling enemies, and investigating strange goings-on. The game features real-time exploration with turn-based combat and a hand-drawn art style, as well as character development built around four philosophies: Humanist, Utilitarian, Machiavellian, and Nihilist.
