Roadwarden Arriving in September

Moral Anxiety Studio and Assemble Entertainment announced that Roadwarden will release on September 8, 2022. The text-based RPG will be available for PC, Mac, and Linux through Steam. The announcement comes with the release of a new trailer and a new demo, which is available on Steam.

Roadwarden combines elements from RPGs, visual novels, adventure games, and interactive fiction. It takes place in high fantasy and medieval setting, with players controlling a Roadwarden, effectively a wandering guard for hire. Players are sent on a journey across a mysterious peninsula by a powerful merchant guild that seeks to expand its influence.
